Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: If you cancel your workshop within 72 hours of your booked workshop date, a £20 cancellation fee will be taken from your refund. This is simply to cover the time spent in admin work, scouting and preparing for your workshop the days leading up to it. If you cancel your workshop before the 72 hour period, you will receive a full refund. If the workshop host cancels or changes your workshop at any point, you will be given the option to move your workshop to another date or receive a full refund. Non-attendance to a workshop without prior communication will not be refunded. Should you need to cancel for any reason, use the contact details given in your enrolment pack that will be sent to you in the weeks leading up to your workshop.
